Has anyone else noticed the new bakery that has opened up on the Palm Jumeirah Shoreline apartments?
It serves fresh pies, sausage roles, cakes, buns, donuts, pizza baguettes and much more!
Head to the Bidi Bondi Club House in between building 3 Al Sultana and Building 4 Jash Falqua. The bakery is located near to the entrance to Bidi Bondi and opposite the new Minimart that has also recently open.
A bit unhealthy, but very tasty!

Dubai rental prices have seen a huge drop over the past year, however office prices in Dubai continue to be some of the highest in the world.
There are still many Dubai offices for rent as supply continues to outstretch demand in the commercial real estate arena. Business Bay is a huge development focussing predominantely on offices for rent and as more buildings come onto the market in 2010, there will be more and more offices left empty.
Despite this oversupply in the market and the sharp fall in office rents in Dubai it is still surprising to read that office space in Dubai is still sone of the most expensive in the world with the Dubai International Finance Centre (DIFC) being the most expensive.
At least the drop in office rents is now allowing more start-up and SME businesses to take office space in some of the more prestigious addresses in Dubai whereas previously they would have been forced to take up office space in less desirable locations.

It has been announced this week that the Armani Burj Khalifa is taking bookings for it’s opening in March 2010. This will be the first Armani hotel to open in the world and Dubai residents and tourists are eagerly awaiting the opening of this building.
The world’s tallest tower – the Burj Khalifa (previously the Burj Dubai) – stands at 828 metres tall. The observation deck on top of the Burj Khalifa is already open for business and bookings can be made to go up the tallest observation deck in the world! The ticket desk and main entrance is via the Dubai Mall lower ground floor near the food court!
A long-awaited piece of good news for Dubai! Let’s hope the trend continues.
